External panels
Our external panels are manufactured from either:
* 90mm x 38mm   (4” x 2”) frame
* 140mm x 38mm (6” x 2”) frame
* 180mm x 38mm (7” x 2”) frame

All vacuum treated CLS, faced with 9mm OSB 3. Finished with TF200 water resistant yet breathable outer membrane. Each panel is individually manufactured in a factory controlled environment.

Internal panels
Our internal panels are manufactured from either:
* 90mm x 38mm + 9mm OSB
* 90mm x 38mm

All vacuum treated CLS and manufactured at 400mm or 600mm centres.

CAD generated
Our panels are CAD (computer aided design) in-house into modular shapes and sizes for ease of erection, thus speeding up fabrication time on site.

Our design team take your Architects drawing and convert it to an AutoCAD 2D floor plan. This is then processed into our 3D panel design software, which in turn generates individual panel manufacturing drawing, cutting lists and costing schedules.

All this adds up to quality products manufactured in a factory controlled environment to and accuracy of +/- 2mm

Steel interface
Our timber products will easily interface with steel fabrications on site to create Architectural designed openings for large glass and open roof structures.
